A medical resident and  his wife are looking to rent a nice home in Meridian Kessler starting this May, 2011 for 1-3 years. GUS NEEDS A HOME. . . .

Dear Friends,

Gus needs a home.

My family's Christmas giving this year is to Gus. We found him 11-23-10 as we delivered our last boy scout Christmas wreath.  The neighbor had fed him, so he had been hanging around a few days. He came right to us. He was thin, hungry and stinky. We opened the truck door and in, he jumped. He climbed to the back seat, sat down next to Dawn and gave her a kiss. So, we had to take him home.

Approximately 1 year old
male, not neutered
pit bull mix
does grate in a crate
stays in fenced yard
gets along with our female boxer
happily runs the fence with our neighbors male dog
gives kisses
rolls over for belly rubs
does bark at and chase cats

We can't keep Gus. We will get him shots and neutered. We want to get Gus off the streets and not into fighting. He needs a halfway house or permeant home.

Looking for pit bull friendly folks. He is a good boy. He is not trained. Should be easy to train. He is not stupid, just young and no manners.Gus needs a home.
